Recruitment
At Talent Finders our recruitment services have a few key differences. Whilst we often complete full recruitment assignments, we also assist many clients with only those parts they need help with, such as psychometric assessments. We are more than happy to develop your in-house skills in recruitment through action learning coaching or group work. Typically we charge recruitment fees on an hourly basis, which has already provided our clients with considerable savings!

Executive Coaching
Our consultants have many years’ experience in coaching executives, including several CEOs in prominent organisations.
